Here is my square 9 in TLC country blue and RHSS buff. Reminds me of something from the 70's.I don't care for this technique - it looks OK in a picture, but the sl st to create the mosaic effect are raised compared to the rest of the pattern and I don't like that look.
I did the number of rows and stitches it calls for, but this one is a pain to measure as it curls all over the place - worse than any other square yet!
I sure hope there's another method of making mosaic that doesn't have those slip stitches, because I won't ever do mosaic if there isn't. :D
On to square 10!

You will like the garter mosaics better even though you are still slipping stitches.
